Thank you for your interest in being apart of your local BBB's Charity Review and Charity Seal Program. If your organization is interested in being evaluated using BBB Twenty Standards of Charitalbe Accountability, or if you have gone through the process and are interested in being a Charity Seal Holder, please fill out the application below. Accredited Charities that meet our BBB Charitable Standards of Accountability and are eligible to utilize your local BBB's Charity Seal. Charity Seal Holders are charities that have signed BBB's Charity Seal Licensing agreement, paid the annual fee and are allowed to use BBB's logo and name. Benefits for your organizationIncrease trust - Donors wonder who to trust, help them establish trust in your charity by showing your BBB Accreditation. You can show them by using the BBB certificate, decal, and the BBB accredited charity logo. Recognition for your great reputation - When your charity follows BBB Twenty Standards of Charitable Accountability, you should be recognized for doing so. By displaying your BBB Logo you show your donors that you have been recognized for your integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness. Benefits for your communityReduce Scams - Donors in your marketplace have a limited amount of income to donate if we can help keep "bad apples" out, there will be more money left to donate to ethical charites. Your support of BBB helps to keep the bad apple charities out of our marketplace while allowing donations to come to trustworthy charities. Educate Consumers - As donors become more educated about ethical practices and the marketplace through BBB programs, they are better armed to bypass unethical chariites and donate their money with honest, ethical charities.
